We store organization, property, vendor, certificate, and chase records so you can track COIs. Certificate PDFs are stored with Vercel Blob. Application data is stored in a Turso / SQLite database. Emails are sent through Resend. PDF extraction uses xAI when you upload a file.

Chase and digest emails include vendor contact details you entered. Magic-link uploads do not require a vendor login. Session cookies keep you signed in.

We do not sell this data. Team members you invite can see the workspace. Delete a vendor, property, or certificate to remove it from the app. For a full workspace deletion, contact us from the account email.
